Success at the IAA: Great Visitor Interest in KKS and More.

A quarter of a million visitors came to the 60th International Motor Show (IAA) Commercial Vehicles, at which 1,370 exhibitors from 40 countries presented their new products between 23 and 30 September. At 91 per cent, the percentage of visitors from the industry itself was higher than in the previous years.

This positive development was also clear at the JOST-World booth. The high professional quality of the visitors provided for interesting discussions and important contacts. In addition to the complete program of components for the truck and trailer industry, new top products from various areas were presented at the over 500 m2 booth. The KKS automatic coupling system particularly aroused interest. Even the president of the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry), Prof. Dr. Bernd Gottschalk, who visited the JOST-World booth on 28 September, proved to be very convinced by the system: "You did a great job!" This is because the KKS automatic coupling system, which was introduced at the IAA and is immediately available for delivery, automates the coupling process. This revolutionary innovation offers clearly increased safety and great operating comfort.

For the first time, the youngest member was able to present its product programme at the JOST-World booth. Regensburger Zuggabel develops and produces drawbars and is one of the leading brands in Europe. JOST will also sell and distribute the products of Regensburger Zuggabel in future.

ROCKINGER presented a number of new products: the new RO?57flex, a mechanical remote control and remote indicator for centre-axle trailers, a hitch ball with support loads up to 300 kg for Variobloc, and a 50mm Type 500 towing hitch with a convenient pneumatic remote control.
