JOST Holding GmbH purchased Rockinger Spezialfabrik für Anhängekupplungen GmbH & Co in Munich and Rockinger Anhängekupplungen GmbH in Wechmar.

Acquisition of REGENSBURGER and incorporation of JOST RUS
