LH Lift was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Laukaa, Finland. It has production sites in Finland and China with about 88 employees. The company supplies products to OEM tractor manufacturers in Europe and Asia and South America. The portfolio comprises three-point linkages and rear hitches as well as front linkages for tractors.
LH Lift products are established on the market and sold in long standing partnership with some of the biggest tractor OEMs. LH Lift’s portfolio perfectly fits the JOST offering to the agricultural tractor in-dustry and can be grown significantly, leveraging the existing market presence of JOST Agriculture businesses.
Acquisition complements the ROCKINGER portfolio with solutions for agricultural tractors
Based on the established product portfolio of LH Lift, the strong ROCKINGER brand and the company’s global sales channels, JOST expects significant growth from the new product line. The acquisition per-fectly complements the ROCKINGER portfolio and will further increase its relevance. JOST expects that the integration of LH Lift under the ROCKINGER brand will generate synergies in product research and development as well as sales and purchasing, bringing these benefits to the everyday life of the cus-tomers.
