IFAT 2026: Hyva Presents Smart Hydraulic Solutions and Features Selected JOST and Quicke Products

At IFAT, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management, Hyva will showcase its latest hydraulic solutions, highlighting the strength of the expanded portfolio following its integration into the JOST World. The booth in the outdoor area will also feature selected products from JOST and Quicke, demonstrating how complementary technologies come together to support demanding applications in waste management, recycling, construction, and municipal services.

Hyva’s City Hookloader 05-28K is built for performance in tight urban spaces, setting the benchmark for durability and low total cost of ownership. Built on a Iveco Daily DoKa, this compact solution features a 5-ton lifting capacity, 900 mm pick-up height– ideal for light commercial vehicles operating in cities and confined areas.

Engineered for maximum versatility, the City Hookloader supports a wide range of applications including drawbar use, demountable skips, and crane combinations while keeping maintenance to a minimum. Designed for vehicles up to 7.5 tons with two axles, the boltable 05-28-K-1000 model with knuckle hook is the smart choice for reliable, space-efficient container handling.

Hyva Skiploader TX14-41-TAZ-S

Hydraulics specialist Hyva presents its game-changing skiploader system at IFAT. Built for consistent performance with minimal maintenance, the Hyva Titan 2.0 TX14-41 skiploader sets new benchmarks in the movable container industry. Mounted on a MAN TGM truck, this solution features hydraulic side and rear locking, three tipping hooks, and remote control – designed for maximum efficiency in construction, waste handling, metalworks, landscaping, municipal tasks, and recycling.

Hyva Hookloader 26-62S

Hyva showcases the Titan T26-62-S Hookloader – the safest, most reliable, and fastest model yet. Built to last, Hyva hookloaders are renowned for their low maintenance needs and exceptional reliability in handling a wide variety of loads and container types.

Mounted on a MAN TGS 356.520 8x4-4 BL, the 26-62S features a bolted chassis design for simplified installation and factory-applied high-quality paint for superior durability. Engineered with the operator in mind, Hyva hookloader systems ensure container handling now faster, safer, and more efficient than ever.

Advancing Electrification with the ePowerbox 100

Hyva will unveil its side-mounted ePowerbox 100, a new addition to its electric PTO (e-PTO) range. This revolutionary solution is designed for electric vehicles with hydraulic work equipment. The ePowerBox optimizes the conversion of electrical energy to hydraulic movements, maximizes hydraulic energy efficiency and minimizes operational noise.

ROCKINGER Drawbar Finder: safe coupling with the right technology

ROCKINGER will exhibit a further innovation at IFAT in the form of the Drawbar Finder. Here, a camera sits in a central and protected position above the towing hitch, functioning as an extra set of eyes and preventing misalignment of the drawbar eye. By providing both horizontal and vertical guidance, it enables precise coupling, which in turn raises efficiency and helps prevent accidents. The driver no longer needs to get out of the truck to check that the drawbar eye is aligned correctly. It is therefore a practical tool for coupling processes, which is a particular advantage when using central axle trailers. At the IFAT visitors can experience the new Drawbar Finder for 40mm ROKCINGER towing hitches.

JOST DCA WEIGHTMASTER PLUS: weight-optimised axle 

Reducing emissions, protecting resources and maximising efficiency were the key aims when developing the lightest axle in its class. The optimised structure of the entire axle reduces the trio weight by 51 kg. In combination with the optional Weight Optimiser 27, the air bellows support with a lightweight aluminium tail end structure, further weight savings of 27 kg are possible in the trio. The highlight of DCA WEIGHTMASTER PLUS is its wheel head with optimised weight, wear properties and performance. This includes the new DCA X7 brake, the lightest brake in its segment. The aim during its development was to achieve ideal interplay between the brake disc and lining, thereby reducing emissions while maximising the payload and performance.  The PLUS series of DCA axles offers benefits for all trailer applications. That is why it is not limited to the WEIGHTMASTER series. The new features will also be available for DCA AIRMASTER, DCA STEER-MASTER, DCA PAVEMASTER, DCA MEGAMASTER and DCA RAILMASTER.

Multigrab L+: Flexible Grab Bucket for Agriculture and Waste Handling

Quicke introduces the Multigrab L+, a versatile grab bucket for handling manure, silage, and a wide range of waste materials. Designed for medium‑sized telehandlers, compact wheel loaders, and large front loaders, it features Quicke’s Bolt‑On Hook System M16 L for easy machine integration.

The open gable design and rounded grab head ensure low power demand and efficient filling, while the wide grab opening (up to 162 cm) and heavily cut-out gables allow easy penetration into dense materials. A range of bolt‑on accessories makes the Multigrab L+ a robust solution for demanding agricultural and waste‑handling applications.

Multifork L+: Multifunctional Fork Grab for Agriculture and Waste Handling

The Quicke Multifork L+ is a robust fork grab designed for efficient handling of manure, silage, hay, straw, and bulky materials. Suitable for medium-sized telehandlers, compact wheel loaders, and large front loaders, it is equipped with Quicke’s Bolt-On Hook System M16 L.

Featuring a rounded grab head with circular movement and heavy-duty profile-cut tines, the Multifork L+ minimizes power requirements while ensuring high wear resistance. With a grab opening of over 160 cm and hardened bottom tines (Tufftines), it performs especially well on soft ground and is also well suited for waste management and biogas applications.

VM+ Bucket with Woodchip Spillguard: High‑Capacity Light Material Bucket

Quicke showcases the VM+ bucket, designed for high-volume handling of low-density materials such as grain, woodchips, and snow (up to 1,000 kg/m³). The bucket is recommended for large front loaders and compact wheel loaders with lifting capacities between 2 and 3.5 tons.

Available in widths from 180 to 260 cm and compatible with Quicke’s Bolt-On Hook System M16 L, the VM+ bucket offers excellent visibility through integrated vision slots and ensures easy filling and emptying thanks to its conical, rounded design. At IFAT, the bucket will be shown with a woodchip spillguard, transforming it into a dedicated solution for efficient woodchip handling.
