Automatic coupling system JOST KKS: faster, safer, more efficient – and always a perfect match
The KKS enables drivers to couple and uncouple semi-trailers via remote control without leaving the driver’s cabin, automatically, safely and quickly. The driver is guided through the entire coupling process, with sensor technology providing live information on the KKS remote control throughout every step of the process. For example, the support plate sensor indicates that the trailer plate is touching and the position of the king pin is also monitored by sensors. Climbing out of the cabin to manually open the fifth wheel, cranking down the landing gear and manually connecting the spiral cable, air and brake connections are all a thing of the past for drivers. Time, comfort and safety gains are made possible with just one product. With the KKS JOST aims to set new benchmarks for performance and reliability in the transportation industry.
At RTX, JOST will showcase these innovations live. Visitors can experience the automatic coupling process of the JOST KKS system in action every day at stand B21.
Intelligent axle systems with multiple talents
At the JOST GB stand, visitors will also get an overview of the Drum Modular Axle (DMA) series. Developed in response to customer feedback, the drum modular axles offer a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of transport applications, as they can be combined with suspension systems from the DLS range.
The DMA features a robust tubular axle paired with a modular leaf spring system that can be tailored to individual customer requirements. A key characteristic is the external brake drum design, which allows brake linings to be replaced without removing the wheel hub, simplifying service and maintenance. Additionally, the proven brake design helps to minimise repair effort while delivering reliable performance in operation.
With its DCA AIRMASTER, JOST will present at the RTX a unique axle where the axle beam also simultaneously functions as a compressed air reservoir for both the brake system and air suspension. The compressed air reservoir has a capacity of 40 litres per axle, enabling the DCA AIRMASTER to replace the usual compressed air chambers on a semitrailer. This results in weight savings of up
to 50 kg, as well as freeing up the assembly space below the trailer, thus laying the cornerstone for the creation of entirely new vehicle concepts with innovative frame and assembly constructions. As for all DCA series axles, the DCA AIRMASTER can be used in all common vehicle types. This version is also available with a brake pad wear indicator.
DCA WEIGHTMASTER PLUS: new weight-optimised axle
Reducing emissions, protecting resources and maximising efficiency were the key aims when developing the lightest axle in its class. The optimised structure of the entire axle reduces the trio weight by 51 kg. In combination with the optional Weight Optimiser 27, the air bellows support with a lightweight aluminium tail end structure, further weight savings of 27 kg are possible in the trio. The highlight of DCA WEIGHTMASTER PLUS is its wheel head with optimised weight, wear properties and performance. This includes the new DCA X7 brake, the lightest brake in its segment. The aim during its development was to achieve ideal interplay between the brake disc and lining, thereby reducing emissions while maximising the payload and performance.
The PLUS series of DCA axles offers benefits for all trailer applications. That is why it is not limited to the WEIGHTMASTER series. The new features will also be available for DCA AIRMASTER, DCA STEER-MASTER, DCA PAVEMASTER, DCA MEGAMASTER and DCA RAILMASTER.

Titan 2.0 TX Series Skip loaders
Built for safety, performance, and smart control, the Titan 2.0 skip loader range delivers excellent flexibility for both compact urban operations and heavy-duty applications. The TX12-37 is a lightweight, high-strength unit designed for precision and efficiency in the most demanding conditions. Depending on the configuration, it is up to 500 kg lighter than the previous generation, offering
improved payload capacity, lower fuel consumption, and reduced environmental impact. At RTX the TX12-37 models will be mounted on a Scania chassis.
T26-56 Hook loader
A well-established and trusted model in the UK market, the TP26-56 has evolved over more than a decade and continues to be a benchmark for reliability and performance. With a 26-tonne capacity and versatile design suited for a wide range of container configurations, it remains a popular choice for fleet operators nationwide.
Designed with excellent tipping geometry, low subframe height for improved stability, and compatibility with advanced control options like the Smart Radio Remote, the TP26-56 blends long-standing durability with the benefits of modern technology. At RTX the TP26-56 can be seen on a MAN chassis.
Innovative Fast Fit Cradle Kit
Hyva is excited to introduce the Fast Fit Cradle Kit in conjunction with the front-end tipping solutions, engineered to improve efficiency by significantly reducing the installation time of the tipping kit while maintaining the expected reliability. This innovative solution minimizes the need for welding and modifications, delivering a more robust and consistent result.
The kit has an integrated oil tank mounting plate which is compatible with Hyva’s new range of oil tanks available in both steel and aluminium.
The Fast Fit Cradle Kit is user-friendly and fully compatible with commonly used load cells in the UK.
Customers can choose between maintenance-free bushes or greased bushes to meet diverse requirements.
The new cradle is more versatile, compatible with a broader range of cylinders and chassis, covering vehicles from 18-ton GVW up to 44-ton GVW.
Cylinder Range
Hyva’s cylinder portfolio includes both front-end and underbody solutions, designed to support applications ranging from light-duty to the most demanding heavy-duty operations.
Recognized for robustness, reliability, and performance, these cylinders ensure efficiency and durability across all working conditions. At RTX visitors can experience the models FC137 on the fast fit cradle and the FC169 and FE179 from the Alpha series.
Innovative Electric Power Take-Offs (ePTO)
The Hyva ePowerBox range is engineered to meet the growing demand for zero-emission solutions in commercial vehicles. The cutting-edge technology ensures minimal energy consumption and reduced noise levels, making it the ideal choice for the modern commercial vehicle industry. The ePowerBox is a revolutionary solution designed for electric commercial vehicles with hydraulic work equipment. It optimizes the conversion of electrical energy to hydraulic movements, ensuring efficient energy use and lower operational costs.
At RTX, Hyva will present the ePTO not only as a standalone component but as a complete ePTO Wet Kit Frame, demonstrating a fully integrated system solution for electric truck applications. ROCKINGER RO50: Safe and flexible coupling in daily operation
The ROCKINGER RO50 towing hitch stands for reliable performance and improved handling in a wide range of transport applications. Its one-piece hand lever, also available in a downward version, ensures intuitive and ergonomic operation. A rotatable bolt design enables uniform load distribution and reduced wear, supporting long service life and low maintenance requirements.
For demanding operating conditions, the RO50 can be equipped with a robust cast steel funnel, allowing safe and efficient coupling even in adverse environments. The hitch can also be retrofitted with various remote control and display systems, increasing convenience and operational safety. With its modular component system, the RO50 simplifies both installation and repair, helping to

ROCKINGER RO57: Heavy-duty performance for maximum demands
The ROCKINGER RO57 towing hitch is designed for heavy-duty applications, offering outstanding strength and reliability with a D-value of up to 300 kN. Built for demanding operations, it combines robust construction with low maintenance requirements thanks to special all-temperature lubrication.
Its modular engineering and split funnel design make maintenance and repair straightforward, minimizing downtime in intensive use. The RO57 is available in different configurations, including a lightweight version, and can be equipped with a pneumatic remote control system for enhanced operator convenience.

TRIDEC LV-O and JOST TV6 Drum Brake: Efficient Design Meets Reliable Performance
The TRIDEC LV-O wheel suspension and JOST TV6 drum brake assembly combine proven technology with a service-oriented design for modern transport applications. Engineered for axle loads of up to 10 tonnes, the system features an outboard drum concept that enables quick and easy maintenance without removing the hub, significantly reducing service time.
With its market-proven brake shoe assembly and a bolt-on S-cam unit, the TV6 ensures high parts availability while simplifying workshop operations and minimizing vehicle downtime. A robust compact bearing design further enhances durability and reliability, even under demanding conditions. In addition, the design eliminates the need for special offset rims. The system is engineered to work with standard rims using a 120 mm offset, providing greater flexibility and reducing additional costs for customers.
