Smarter bale feeding with cutting and wrap handling in one operation

Quicke expands its bale handling portfolio with Balecut, a dedicated implement designed to make feeding operations faster, cleaner and more efficient.

Developed for round bales from 90 to 160 cm in diameter, Balecut cuts the bale in two while simultaneously retaining the plastic wrap and net. The entire operation is controlled from the cab, reducing manual handling and improving productivity.

At the heart of the design is Quicke's integrated Bale Wrap Handler, which tilts sideways as well as forward and backward to adapt to the bale's shape, ensuring secure wrap retention regardless of bale density, shape or wrap type. Combined with a large opening width and powerful hydraulic cylinders, Balecut delivers reliable performance in everything from dry and wet silage to high-density and frozen bales.

Alimentazione delle balle più efficiente, con taglio e gestione dell’involucro in un’unica operazione. 

Quicke amplia la propria gamma di attrezzi per la movimentazione delle balle con Balecut, un attrezzo dedicato progettato per rendere le operazioni di alimentazione più rapide, pulite ed efficienti.

Sviluppata per balle rotonde di diametro compreso tra 90 e 160 cm, Balecut divide la balla a metà trattenendo contemporaneamente la pellicola e la rete. L’intera operazione è controllata dalla cabina, riducendo il lavoro manuale e aumentando la produttività.

Il cuore del progetto è il trattenitore della pellicola integrato di Quicke, che può inclinarsi lateralmente, in avanti e indietro per adattarsi alla forma della balla, garantendo una presa sicura indipendentemente dalla densità, dalla forma o dal tipo di pellicola. In combinazione con l’ampia apertura e i potenti cilindri idraulici, Balecut offre prestazioni affidabili con insilato secco e umido, nonché con balle ad alta densità e persino congelate.
