Award-winning for many years: The success of the traditional ROCKINGER brand has been confirmed by the readers of ETM trade magazines for eighteen years in a row. The brand, which has been part of JOST World for more than twenty years, was once again awarded the "Best Brand" in the towbar category this year.
ROCKINGER was founded as early as 1875 and since then has had a decisive influence on the technical development of trailer couplings. Whether it's a standard towing hitch or a sensor-controlled, remote-controlled towing hitch, ROCKINGER offers a wide-ranging, high-quality and reliable product portfolio for every application. In addition to products for road transport, ROCKINGER also has towing hitches for agriculture and forestry in its production programme.
One of the new ROCKINGER product innovations is the Drawbar Finder: Here, a camera sits above the towing hitch, which, with the support of augmented reality, overlays its image with auxiliary lines for the driver. This allows him to adjust the height correctly in order to hit the drawbar perfectly. Visual guidance in two directions enables accurate hitching, which increases efficiency and helps prevent accidents. With the RO*400 Easy Mount, ROCKINGER has recently launched a new variant of its standard 40mm towing hitch, which saves a significant amount of time as well as effort during installation. The RO*400 Easy Mount with its innovative fastening system is delivered to the customer completely pre-assembled. This means that it only needs to be inserted into the truss from the front and the mounting bearing tightened with four screws to a defined torque.
Joachim Dürr, CEO of JOST, is delighted about the renewed award: "Many thanks to all customers and users for their confidence in the quality of our products. This is a great success for our JOST and ROCKINGER team! At the same time, the award motivates us to continue to provide our customers worldwide with our versatile products and individual service in the future."
